  • William W. Fisher, the WilmerHale Professor of Intellectual Property Law and Faculty Director of the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School, delivered the annual David L. Lange Lecture in Intellectual Property Law (formerly named the Meredith and Kip Frey Lecture in Intellectual Property Law).
